Last trip

Enought with those facts, lets meet the people.
I went out for seing people. I'm not that kind of a people person, but I thought, nah, why the h*ll not.
I saw some posters of this festival that was coming. It was going to be opened today, so I thought I'd check it out.

It was very fun. People were nice to me, and they were smiling and just having fun. On the scene there were some guys showing up for something that looked like a performance. There was an old lady that told me that the guys were going to do "the Haka". It's a Maori wardance, traditionally used on the battlefield, but also when groups of people come together in peace. Their actoins include voilent foot-stamping, tongue protrusions and rhythmical body slapping to accompany a loud chant.
There's  a leader that screames what their doing, and says some historical events of the tribes history.
A lot of the haka-dancers had this Ta Moko Tattoo's, which were awesome, but some very wierd.

Now I'm going home. It's been a great time but it's going to be nice coming home. But sure, I'll go on a trip like this sometime in the future.

New Zealand

Here we go. So i went to Wellington, the capital of New Zealand. They talk english, maori and New Zealands here. The economy is primarily related to animal husbandry and industry, and thats good, cause I love animals. New Zealand currently got  active vulcanos, that kind of freaks me out a bit but cool. They got annually 20 000 earthquakes, allthough only 200 of them is easily for people to notice.
Three species of bats, seals and whales are the only native mammals; all the other ones are introduced. Of the 53 species of mammals are about 10 wild. Maori introduced the dog and rat.

As much as 90 percent of the european immigrants are british. The Maoris originated from indigenous and represents only 15 percents. The people of New Zealand are called Kiwis.
They are named after the non-flying bird kiwi. poor guy. which only lives in New Zealand.

Thats some facts about New Zealand. Hope you learned something, at least I did. Tomorrow I'm going to see more of this kiwi-land.

Ireland: Looking 'round

The actress Michelle Fairley is known from The Game Of Thrones where she plays the mother of the Stark family, and Harry potter as the mother of Hermine. Also she is known from the movie The Others, where she's on set with Nicole Kidman. I saw her on the street, but of course, as usual, I was to shy to ask for an autograf. she was born in coleraine, Northern Ireland.

Liam Neeson born June 7. 1952 in Ballymena. He is known from the movie Taken, Love Actually, The voice of Aslan in Narnia, Star Wars ep 1, Batman begins, Les Miserables, and not to forget the heartbreaking movie Shindlers List, in the role of Oskar Shindler under the II world war.

There's a lot of known faces from Ireland, like Jack Gleeson (batman), Aidan Gillen (game of thrones), Evanna Lynch (Harry Potter), Paula Malchomson ( The Hunger Games), Fiona Shaw (Harry Potter), and many more.

Im going to New Zealand tomorrow, my last country before going home.

Ireland

Ireland is near the north side of the european coast. so I was goin to the biggest town, Dublin. There's a lot of people here! It is an official count of as many as 500 000 people in Dublin. Maybe not so strange as it's the capital of Ireland. Dublin Urban Area has as many as 1 045 679 people.

I visited the St.Sthepen's Green. St.Stephen 's Green is an idyllic park just south of downtown with lawns, more water and plantings. It was lovley.
I continued to visit places and went to the National Museum.
National Museum has many artifacts from Celtic times, and has a historical section including holds the permanent exhibition "Road to Independence", focusing on the period 1900 to 1923.

The streets in Dublin was very nice. I took a picture, so now you can see for yourselfs:

Just a little too exited

Hey guys! I know I said I wasn't going to post any more before tomorrow, but this iseland is just too beautiful. I wanted to chare with you guys, so here; some pictures for those who might wonder why I talk about how wonderful it's here:

Do you sea what I mean ; haha

Fiji

Ok guys! Fiji!

I just came to my hotel room, and it’s very exotic here. It’s a lonely island. The water is magnificent. You can see the bottom of the sea for very long until you come too far, or too far to see anything you want to see. ( Like sharks ). I’m a bit sceptic to go swimming here, but I’ll wait and see if the fish doesn’t scare me too much.

We need to buy water in the hotel or in the stores, as the tap water’s not healthy. It’s so strange to see that the water here costs as much as a bottle of soda…

I’m going to blog more tomorrow, as really I think I’m just going to stay in the hotel room the rest of the evening. Got pretty tired form the flight. Also looking at the sea in the evening is always relaxing. Yeah, I think I could have got used to this. Just laying in my bed, looking at all the fishes swimming by.

London 2

London's quite big. You can't really see it all in two days, so I've been in London for four days now, and I just got this last day, the fifth day left. I’m on the airport, in a bar. I didn't get to see Adele, but in the bar they got a TV and she's on with a concert. So I got to SEE her, yey, just not in person...

I ate fish n chips, which is very popular in London. I liked it though, but I think it's just because I ordered the kid's menu, there were no bones in that one.

It made me a bit sad to see that the Subway had a strike, as the subway, how it works, is very fascinating. I was looking forward to try that. And thinking of all those people taking the bus, that's congestion!

Yesterday I was visiting the Sea World, a zoo for animals under water. It was so cool! When I was finished I got a book of pictures of me with the animals in it. Where they had made different backgrounds to the picture they took of me.

Hope you visit me for my next trip.
